Catering Services
1.
A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to hold any
date, and to confirm pricing.
2.
Payment is due in full on or before the day of the event. We
accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
3. Food, beverage, and setup fees are subject to an 18% service
charge and 5% sales tax.
4. Final menu selections and bar specifics must be received in
writing at least six (6) weeks prior to event.

Guests shall provide Delish Catering with a guaranteed head
count for the event at least two (2) weeks prior to the reserved
date. If such notice is not provided to Delish Catering, the
original estimate shall become the guaranteed head count.
6.
Wine and Champagne may be brought in – a corkage fee will
apply: $6.00 per bottle, $9.00 per magnum.
7. A $100 bartender fee will be charged to groups requesting
cash bar service. Hosted bar service for groups of 50 or less must
meet a minimum of $250.00 in alcoholic beverage sales.

A deposit of $10.00 per guest must be paid for all groups
with hosted bars.

In compliance with State law, all persons consuming alcohol
must be of legal drinking age. No alcoholic beverages may be
removed from the premises. Delish Catering reserves the right to
refuse service to anyone suspected of intoxication.
11. Wedding cake cutting and service charge is $25.00 up to 50
guests, $50.00 for 50 to 100 guests, and $75.00 above 100 guests.
Includes cutting and serving, plates, forks, and napkins.
12. There is a 25 person minimum on all buffet service, or an
additional $2.00 per person surcharge will apply.
13. The patron agrees to assume responsibility for any damage or
loss to equipment.
